Micky is practicing his balance beam routine (sans leotard) he is such a showoff!
He expects to take GOLD in the upcoming Yukon/Klondike Senior' and ita's showoff fest in Chicken AK

Last time we were in Alaska, we hiked this same trail in Denali state Park to
Byer's Lake...and came across fresh bear scat and big big clawed footprints (grizz shaped!) in the sand...and our fear o meter went off the charts as we whistled and shouted our way back to our camp...hoping the bear would think we were giants in Jack's beanstock story....

This time, we didn't encounter a single bear siting or sniffing or hearing or any other sense of bear for that matter
..just one of the dwarf's miniature houses... he evacuated when he heard the 3 bears had moved into the neighborhood. (the bears were off panning with Goldy...)

Here Micky is being his usual insiteful self....contemplating his dismount from the beam.... going over every detail of his routine in his mind...he has heard that will win him a GOLD for sure! (notice his fancy shmasy beenokular holder on his chest AND his cool GQ backpack on his back...he is always PREPARED...Boyscout rule numero uno) (look at me.. top photo....opposites attract...I made micky carry my backpack....a walmart sack....lol well he SHOULD carry it...he MADE me bring the big raincoat...like there was a cloud in the sky??? His is neatly folded in his GQ backpack) I think he is embarrassed of me???

and these are a true rare find! GOLD in them thar hills in Alaska! in the shape of green crocs....notice the GOLD ones below the cool white ones too!!! I know I know..they are a definite fashion foooooeeee pawwwww (ask our fashionista dotter, Kim) but geez the dang things are so comfy, yougottatry them..they're worth all their weight in GOLD (ok ok I'll ONLY wear them in AK or MT or UT...never to Newport again!!!!)
