cravings....

We were hoping we could find this restaurant in Anchorage again...we ate the most
delicous halibut tacos the last time we were here.....

We asked a young gal who was filling up our propane tank if there was a good Mexcian restaurant..we should've listened to her...
it was NOT Gallos! But we had thought about, and talked about and drooled and masticated about...those memories of delicious chunks of halibut in a wonderful taco with cabbage and a special creamy sauce...for years! We wanted to recreate that memory once again......so we FOUND Gallos...no thanks to Lucille, our lovingly named NAV system who got us lost 99% of the time!!!!!(sis Lori wanted to accompany us on our haul northward....we didn't ever say NO to her...we just didn't know if 3 would be a crowd in a 31' winnybegoooo???? and yes it would have LOL) so we gave our NAV her nickname of LUCILLE so she would be traveling with us daily...and she would keep us on track and safe and sound...NOT!!more of those stories to follow.....)

Micky's face and shudder says it ALLLLL.....

even with all the salsa and rice and beans I shoveled into that little taco shell....
there is only one word for our sought after memory.....DISGUSTING!!!! we shoulda listened to propane girl....
