HOLE IN THE ROCK
We took a Jeep adventure on Wednesday to the Hole in the Rock Trail, following where the pioneers came after descending the 50% grade down the Hole in the rock across the Colorado river. UNBELIEVABLE! We had read Gerald Lund's book "The Undaunted" and were on the exact trail these Saints followed looking for a way to the San Juan area. They ended at Bluff Utah.
These are their "tire" marks from their wagons trying to get up the steep grades,
