It's aboot time i posted AYE?????

Have you EVER seen Lake Louise FROZEN????? In any postcards? I think not!! so here is a first....we could have iceskated across instead of canoeing....it was an arctic blast of frigid air blowing that evening...my nose was Rudolfish colored. I had Micky's gloves on (chivalryis not dead) and was still freezing. We could have been in the ALps for all the foreign tongues we were listening to. It was awesome even though it was a might cold formy taste. Micky has driven the whole way...H am too scared to even try to drive the 31 footer....he is getting a workout just trying to keep it on the road...the little roads have no shoulders and the wind has been trying its hardest to blow us over....snow, rain, wind...the elements are having aheyday on this dream vacation. We hear that Anchorage is warm this time of year.....we should be in Alaska in a few days?????

Here we are nestled in the woods safe and secure and cold...it was minus 2 celcius...freezing last night....the little propane furnace came on every 10 minutes...and of course....we have been parked by a choochoo every night.....!!!! try sleeping through that!

Crimey I'll be a kanook by the time we fly home! But here in Canada...everyone is sooo nice. and they have the funnest accents and the whole country is 10% off although gas is .95 a liter. that's almost 4 bucks a gallon.....we are almost to Dawson City MILE 0 on our way to Alaska! We have come over 2000 miles...1/2 way in a week...we have two weeks to go....we have internet in our rv park tonite, so trying to upload a few pix....
